Cutting, welding, lining, testing and packing — the five stages every order passes through. Inspection by video call is welcome at any time.
Base pipe cut to drawing length, ends prepared and flanges aligned before welding.
Flange and fitting welds by qualified welders; spools assembled to the isometric.
Virgin PTFE liner inserted, then flared over the flange face to protect the sealing surface.
Hydrostatic test on the assembly, then spark test across the lining to find any pinhole.
Each piece tagged with its drawing number, flange faces covered, then export packing.

Liner flared over the flange face — the detail that keeps the seal corrosion-free.

Fabricated lengths staged before testing and packing.

Elbow, tee and reducer lined to match the straight run.

Our piping installed on a customer's process line.
A lined pipe can look perfect and still have a pinhole in the liner. That is why every piece is tested, and why you get the record — not just our word.
