TECHNICAL DATA

Specifications at a glance

Everything below is what buyers ask for first. Final ratings are always confirmed against your medium, temperature and pressure.

PTFE Lined Pipe & Fittings

Size rangeDN25 – DN600 (1" – 24"), larger on request
Base pipeCarbon steel / stainless steel, per drawing
Lining materialVirgin PTFE (not regrind)
Lining typeLoose lining or tight lining (vacuum service)
Flange standardASME B16.5 / DIN / GB, RF or FF facing
FittingsElbow 90°/45°, tee, reducer, cross
Typical temperature*−20 °C to +180 °C
Typical pressure*Up to PN16 / Class 150
TestingHydrostatic test + spark test on lining
* Typical engineering reference values. Final rating depends on your medium, design temperature and safety factor — send us your conditions and we confirm in writing.

Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger

TypeShell & tube — fixed tube sheet or U-tube
Tube material316L, 304, Duplex 2205, TA2 titanium, SiC
Also availableCarbon steel, copper alloy (per medium)
Shell materialMatched to tube material and process medium
Design codeASME VIII Div.1 / GB151 / TEMA as specified
Heat transfer areaPer project, quoted with drawings
Nozzles & flangesTo your piping class and flange rating
Gaskets / sealingSelected for the operating medium
TestingHydrostatic test, test report supplied
We do not manufacture PTFE-tube-bundle exchangers. Our exchangers use metallic or SiC tubes — selected to match the corrosive medium you specify.
WHY BUY BOTH FROM US

One container. One supplier. Half the coordination.

A corrosion-resistant project needs piping and heat transfer equipment. Sourcing them separately means two suppliers, two quotations, two inspections and two shipments.

  • One RFQ covers lined piping, fittings and the heat exchanger
  • Materials selected together so the whole line suits the same medium
  • Single inspection visit, single set of documents
  • Consolidated container — lower freight and fewer customs entries
  • One accountable supplier if anything needs follow-up

Where our equipment works

Corrosive media are the reason customers come to us. If your line carries acid, solvent, chloride or high-purity fluid, we can match the material to it.

Chemical & PetrochemicalAcid, alkali and solvent transfer lines, reactor feed and recirculation.
Acid Pickling & Surface TreatmentPickling tanks, fume scrubber lines, plating bath circulation.
Pharmaceutical & Fine ChemicalHigh-purity transfer where leachables and cleanliness matter.
Water & DesalinationChloride-bearing brine, dosing lines and chemical conditioning.
FertilizerPhosphoric and sulphuric acid service, scrubbing circuits.
Medical & LaboratoryPTFE and PFA components for instrumentation and fluid handling.
WHY CHOOSE US

What you actually get

Two lines, one PO

Lined piping and heat exchangers quoted and shipped together — fewer suppliers to manage.

Material matched to medium

We do not push one material. 316L, Duplex 2205, titanium or SiC — chosen for what flows inside.

Fabricated to your drawing

Isometrics, GA drawings and nozzle schedules are what we build to, not a catalogue.

Virgin PTFE only

Virgin material with traceability. Regrind is never substituted silently.

Documentation for import

Mill certificates, hydrostatic and spark test records, packing list in English.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask before the first order

Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are the manufacturer. Pipe, fittings and spools are welded, lined and tested in our own workshop, and heat exchangers are built to order. You are welcome to audit by video call at any time.
Can you fabricate to our drawings?
Yes — that is how most of our orders run. Send isometrics, GA drawings or even a marked-up sketch with dimensions, and we quote against it. Standard catalogue sizes are also available.
Which heat exchanger tube material should I choose?
It depends on the medium. 316L suits most organic and mildly corrosive service; Duplex 2205 for chloride stress corrosion risk; TA2 titanium for seawater and hypochlorite; silicon carbide for hot concentrated acid. Tell us the medium, concentration and temperature and we recommend in writing.
Do you make PTFE tube-bundle heat exchangers?
No. Our exchangers use metallic or SiC tubes. Our PTFE expertise is in lined piping and lined fittings. We state this clearly so you do not discover it after enquiry.
What is the lead time?
It is quoted per project, because lining, welding and testing time depends on quantity and size. We confirm a firm date in the quotation rather than quoting a number we may not hold.
How is the cargo packed for export?
Flange faces are protected with covers, spools are individually wrapped and braced in export-grade wooden cases or on steel-framed pallets, with desiccant and clear marking for container loading.
What information do you need for a quotation?
Medium and concentration, design temperature and pressure, sizes and quantities, flange standard, and drawings if available. For heat exchangers also heat duty or area, and flow rates on both sides.
